What format are your addresses in?
If its excel, go into your word document, use the drop down and bring down Tools, Letters and Mailings, Mail Merge, follow the direections on the side, and bobs your uncle...done!

Re: anyone want to give me the steps for a mail merge
Okay... Go to WORD
Go to “Tools” Then “Letters & Mailings” Then “Mail Merge Wizard”
You should get a pop up window on the side at this point
Click on “Labels”
Click “Next”.. (All the way at the bottom)
Click on “Label Options”
Click on the appropriate label type your working with
Once you press "okay" a label template sheet should have been created.
On the right hand panel, Click on "Start from Existing Document"
Open the file (Make sure you scroll down to MS Excel Worksheet)
From there just follow the directions & that should help you. It seems harder then it really is... HTH
