Anyone want to help me find good non soy vegan recipes? Or meat recipes with no dairy, nut, egg or soy?
Or any recipes that fit these criteria-
No dairy. No eggs. No nuts. No soy. No seafood.
No dairy or soy by-products.
No, I am not joking.
Meat is fine, although I know that is not vegan. But I thought I would have better luck with vegan recipes.
TIA!

Meats are probably easiest if you just grill them.... you don't need much seasoning to have a really flavorful steak! Just some coarse salt and pepper... a few cloves of garlic...etc.
You can also do hamburgers, meatloaf, tacos, enchiladas (no cheese).
Stir fry with chicken or meat and some veggies!
I can look for actual recipes too... but maybe getting some ideas would be a start!

you can do BBQ chicken drumsticks...
just sprinkle chili powder on chicken drumsticks and bake for 35-40 minutes... then brush with BBQ sauce (can make homemade to make sure it doesn't have any of the things you can't eat) and bake 10 more minutes.
serve with rice & some kind of veggie..

I was just reading that in baked goods...
You can subtitute 1 Tbsp. of milled flax seed(you can find this at Kroger near the flours) and 3 Tbsp. of water for each egg in your recipe.

I got The Skinnygirl Dish by RHONY's Bethenny Frankel and she advises also using unsweetened applesauce. I am going to try making muffins.
I am noticing this thread is a convo between you and me-we should take this to our messenger chat

Breakfasts Lunches Dinners

That could definitely work!
I am just thinking what I am in the mood for. I am also leaving for NY Thursday so I need to tell my parents and ILs what to have in the house for me.

Go to Whole Foods, they have everything.
You're mostly going to have to stick to plain meats, veggies, and rice. Just sub rice milk for regular milk.

I was thinking about that-I'll look at my Jewish cookbooks. I know my ILs keep kosher in the home so they may have ideas.

Not a bad idea-I just have to make my own seasoning because the store bought has soy.
