Anyone watch the VH1 "rich real estate" show?
I don't really know what the official show name is, but basically about real estate agents in California that cater to high-profile people and celebrities.
I saw a show where Illeana Douglas brought her Fung Shui advisor with her to advise on the house she was looking at.
It was quite funny. The advisor asked if a particular door faced south. The real estate agent said yes. She said, south ingress or egress? He said, you tell me, you're the fung shui expert. 
Some of these houses are just stunning. And others, I wouldn't live in if you gave them to me.

I saw that one too. It really ticked me off that the Feng Shui expert was not
The house that Master P turned down was un-friggin-real!

Was that the one with the little cart that went down to the guest house? I couldn't watch the whole thing, but I thought the tracks were funny. Reminded me of a mine railroad.

I saw that episode! And I don't think either one of them knew what egress or ingress means. The door faces south - figure it out!!
I can't imagine making THAT much off of one sale. I'd only have to sell one home a year to be perfectly content!!!
