Anyone watching Doctors?
They just had a whole segment on children and allergies.
They said one of the best ways to prevent allergies is nothing but formula or breastmilk until 6 months. No eggs yolks before 9 months, no egg whites before 12 moths, no milk before 12 months. No peanut products before 2 unless there is a peanut allergy in the family, then wait until 3 years.
My BIL has a peanut allergy. I knew we had to wait 2 years, didn't know 3. Glad I watched!
