Re: Anyone watching Dr. Phil
My mom just called me to tell me that there was a lady on Dr Phil talking about sleep problems...I said, um yeah Mom...we do get Dr Phil...but its A YEAR BEHIND.
I told her to watch it and write down the basics for me. So anyone who wants to write about it, it would be greatly appreciated because the nipper moves into his own bedroom this weekend....

Re: Anyone watching Dr. Phil
haha thanks Marissa. I actually haven't watched dr. Phil in ages but I happened to catch it today. I was thinking...give me three days that kid will be sleeping no problem!! (off topic - I hope she drops the mattress in her crib - that baby was practically climbing out of the crib).

is he napping in his crib now? I am personally into the whole crying it out method...it worked wonders for me, but you have to find the method you are comfortable with.
I don't think any method is easy - I went with CIO because I felt it was the quickest and easiest for all involved.

Re: Anyone watching Dr. Phil
What about the segment on the "fathers rights"
Those men were seriously p!ssing me off- and I LOVED how Dr. Phil handled it!

The only thing he does in his crib is play...he naps with me on the sofa. CIO I think is what we are going to do this weekend!
Wish us luck!
