Anyone watching MTV MOVIE Awards???
DH and I started watching and we're just ..... well ..... not into it. It just sux.
I'm not sure if it's Sarah Silverman, or if we're getting old, but it's just NOT funny!
Sopranos needs to start SOON!!!!

No.....I'm watching "40 most Softsatioanl Soft Rock Songs" on VH1.
Songs from the 70's & 80's.
Yes...I'm old
ETA: #1 song is "Sailing" by Christpher Cross.....WOW, that bring back some memories.

And the fact that everyone was cheering about her going to jail, and then the camera went to her and she tried to smile.....CLASSIC!

What did you guys think of Amy whinehouses performance?
Me and dh didn't like it at all. She looked like she was super nervous. It wasn't good at all.

I am watching it. It's TERRIBLE. I actually felt bad for Paris....the whole world is laughing at her...I don't like to see anyone go through that.

I totally agree. I don't like her at all, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I really did feel bad for her.

and yes, the awards suk this year! once i saw all those stupid commercials for it with sarah silverman as the movie theatre employee, i was turned off. she's just not funny to me. more obnoxious than anything else.

We flipped on Sopranos but caught the tail end of the show with Johnny Depp and Jerry Bruckheimer on stage acepting the award and Sarah Silverman pointing out that Paris Hilton left the show.
All the morning headlines have it, she left the awards show to report to jail last night - she started her 23 day sentence.

The only part I saw and that I thought was funny was a skit when she was trying to get a last minute host and it was scenes from diff movies..
I never got Sarah Silverman's appeal...
