Anyone wathing this season (final seaon) of Downtown Abby????

These episodes have NOT aired in the US, and wont until January 2016!!!!!!!!

THIS SEASON airs in USA in Jan 2016. But its airing right now in UK (sept 29th, 2015)

Obviously they are setting up to sell Downton. I'm very sad about that, but the series has to end right?
1. I cant BELIEVE the dowager didn't fire Miss Dinka on the SPOT knowing she blabbed to everyone. I'm frankly shocked.
2. I thought that Edith would just say "Ill move to London so the tenants can stay". I still think that is going to happen.
3. I love the issue of sex between Carson and Mrs Hughes. I LOVED the scenes with Mrs Padmore talking to Carson about it.
I cant wait for the wedding on Sunday!!!!!

I agree about Edith and the flat in London -- she said she is keeping it empty. Just move in and get on with it!!!! From the coming attraction it looks like they MAY set her up with a new love interest too. Would love to see her married and settled.
Mary is as annoying as ever -- pushing her ideas onto Carson's wedding. BUTT OUT!
And her wanting to take the kids to the Drew's farm and the mother saying it was Mary's plan and there was no way around it. Hmmm... just say no thanks! Lady Mary always getting herrrrr way.
I do like how Mary nosed in to help Anna. Hopefully she will wind up with a baby in the end.
What do we think is going to happen to Daisy's father in law?

HUm......I also would like to see Edith married. I actually like her.
Mary.....I love and hate her all at the same time. I think its stupid they haven't told her about Marigold.
Daisys father in law. I don't see this series "abandoning" him. OOOHHHHHH WWWAAAIITT!!! I bet you DOLLARS he will take over the Drew tenancy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with them downsizing. I think that's how the show will come to a close. I do hope that Edith falls in love and finds happiness again. I thought that was very nice of Mary helping Anna. I like the relationship that they have. One thing I am drawing a blank on is did Mr. Drew ever tell Mrs. Drew that Marigold is Lady Edith's daughter? I can't remember lol!

Ok. So did anyone else see THAT coming with Robert??? For 2 episodes they have been dropping that hint.
1. I HOPE Daisys father in law and mrs Patmore get together.

I feel like you and I are the only people jumping ahead and watching lol
I knew that Robert was going to be sick but i never saw that episode taking place with all the blood. It was gross.
I agree about everything -- Daisys father in law and Mrs Patmore would be perfect, and the fact that Daisy is so off about moving over there is weird. I think she has a thing for the boy who wants to become a pig man. I can see the two of them getting together.
Mosley and the maid have to have a moment soon -- its been coming for so long!
I also would love to see a wedding for Edith. She looks great this season. SOmething is diff about her.
Hope that Mr Carson lightens up on Mrs Carson with the food -- so rude!
And cant wait to see where this story line goes with Anna and the pregnancy.
I could care less about the whole hospital story line with MaMa... even though she is still my favorite actor on the show.
Liked the scene were Barrow offers to teach the kid to read...
And agree, the new villian is Danker-- poor Sprout!!

what did Baxter do? I kinda love her. Especially with Mr. Mosley.
And i loved the scene at Mr. Mason's new house <3
How the boy jumped in to say he'd help with the pigs. And yes, Mrs. Padmore & Mr. Mason would make a loovleh couple.
I love how Branson just keeps it real like when he was tellin Lady Mary she doesn't have to love him but she can show him some love! She's such snob. Downton Snobby.
And it was weird how Mr. Carson was speaking to Ms. Padmore about teaching Mrs. Hughes how to cook, like another employee & not his wife.
I can't stand Ms. Denker.
I love the Dowenger Countess - she has the funniest lines, delivery & timing!
And it would be so nice to see Edith married. Or at the very least, fall in love again. She's pretty cool. I loved that line when she was interviewing a new editor..."Victorian babies grown into Modern women".
It would be so nice to see Mr. Barrow turn himself around & be a good guy in the end.
I'm going to miss Downton. I do hope they find new ways to keep it running. And like a flash forward at the end. Love me some flash forwards.

OOPS me and the PP were referring to Denker when we were saying Baxter. Sorry to confuse things.
This past episode was SO GOOD. I feel bad for Barrow -- especially the scene where he is crying. I loved the conservation between the young boy and Robert.
Why is Daisy being so terrible to Mrs. Padmore about the potential relationship with her father in law? They are too cute together, and they both deserve happiness!
I love how Edith drove to pick up her BF on her own. She is such an independent strong woman. Love when she gives Mary a run for her money.
I hope when Mary finds out about Marigold she is kind. She herself could have easily been in the same predicament!

YES -- this was the last episode before the Christmas Special. I am soooo sad to have to go weeks before seeing what happens.
It was a fun episode to watch, but too many loose ends. It also felt rushed! Mr. Barrow goes from slitting his wrist one moment to attending a wedding the next. AND the whole wedding felt so rushed I barely got a chance to care about it at all.
My heart broke for Edith, and was thrilled to see her stick it to Mary AND see Tom do the same. She needed to hear it -- she is a "*****" I really wish they showed Edith more and let her be rightfully upset longer -- why should she return for Marys wedding etc? Why should she go straight to work after something so terrible happened? UGH
They end the episode making you wonder -- what will happen... will Mr Gregson somehow come out of the woodwork and be found? Will Ediths fiance come back to her and say he made a mistake? We need a HAPPY resolution for her.
I have no clue how they will wrap everything up in one episode. I will miss them all!

I HOPE the fiancé will come around. I hope the finally is a BIG Edith wedding.
I want Baxter and wassiname to marry. I want mrs Pattmore and the father in law to marry.
I will say I WANT a happy ending. I also think we will see Mary pregs for the finally. I HOPE so.
Rushed episode. Too rushed. And we never REALLY got to see why Mary loves this guy. I never really saw it.
And now to the X-mas episode.
I cried when Mary went to Michaels grave AND when Isobel gave her blessing.

Everyone talks about how Mary is such a b1tch (and rightfully so), but what about Daisy? Why do nice guys keep falling for her? She does nothing but complain and doesn't seem to want others around her to be happy (Ms. Patmore and her FIL). And in the finale - she's mean to the guy that likes her and she doesn't want him b/c he's beneath her.... until he tells her he's over her.
I'm glad Edith married higher than Mary! Edith looked beautiful at her wedding!
