Anyone who has completely redone their bathroom..
pipes and all...I would love to know approx what you paid..please FM if you don't want to post! Thanks.
We only have 1 bathroom and it is very old fashioned - that we can deal with, but now the pipes are leaking into the kitchen ceiling....
We want to finish the basement and put a bathroom down there too....
Jeez   being a homeowner is damn expensive.

Before: Pink tiles, plastic rocks on the walls, wood panelling on the ceiling. EWWW
After: Complete gut. redid plumbing. we closed off the window in the shower, raised the ceiling to the roof and added a skylight. Tiled floor to ceiling. whirlpool tub, sliding shower head. I don't have the exact figure but everything was about $7-8K, we used a friend as our contractor and DH was his helper to save money on helper's salary.

WE REDID OURS BUT MY HUSBAND DID IT
MY GF IS REDOING HERS FOR ABOUT 5K. SHE GOT A GREAT DEAL ON TILE AT IDEAL TILE IN WANTAGH
IF YOU KEEP THE COST OF YOUR FIXTURES LOW U WILL BE OK,ITS WHEN U GET ALL CRZY WITH TOILIETS,TUBS AND TILE THAT IT GETS $$$$
