I was thinking of dressing them up in outfits that compliment each other (like 2 pooh characters or something)

that's what I was going to do also. baby #2 will only be about a month so everything was so big. I'm going to make my own costume for her.

The twin mommies are all about the complimentary costumes.

Last year Sarah was Blue, Andy was Joe, I was the Handy Dandy notebook, and when my mom walked the neighborhood with us she wore a t-shirt that I painted a blue pawprint on (a clue).
DH said this year we should be the Wiggles, but I've been leaning towards Raggedy Ann & Andy since last year.
