Anyone with a Chase Mortgage
I got a letter regarding a class action suit that says I may have paid after closing fees of anywhere from $125-$250.
I'm tempted to ignore it but I think I should just jump on the class action bandwagon.
Btw-closed in 2005.

We closed in Jan (but it was a re-fi)

I don't have the paperwork in front of me. I'll update later.
It will probably take years for it to settle. Mine was a re-fi too but I still paid the closing costs plus the mortgage tax since I switched banks.
