Anyone work for Alitalia...I know it's a long shot.
Uh we don't know what else to do anyomore. My grandmother went through hell getting to Ny from Rome with Alitalia, cancelled flight and more. She landed on Saturday and she has yet to recieve her luggage. The problem is we cannot even get a live person on the phone. They told her to wait at home. She is going stir crazy home all these days. I feel so bad for her!
