Anyone work the overnight shift
How do you eat?
Im frustrated. I get home about 7:30am have some oatmeal and go sleep about 9am, get up around 3pm and dont really know what to eat to co-ordinate my 25 pts.
I have no idea what to eat when I get my break at 2am. Ive just been having a yogurt.
Im lost as to what is the 24 hr day...time lost.
If you are on WW or anydiet, how are you making it work?

when i worked overnights, i would have breakfast when i got home from work (around 8am) before i went to bed (cereal, oatmeal, etc), dinner when i woke up/before i went to work (around 4-5pm-ish)- this was my big meal of the day- and lunch around 2am, at work (usually a sandwich, or that type of thing).
Did you get a PCA position??

you know this plan makes perfect sense. I will have dinner this evening about 6pm because I work tonite
en b/fast when I get home tmrw.
