I feel great and have a desk job but my doc wants me working from home starting at 32 weeks

how long did everyone work

was anyone able to work till 36-38 weeks with twins

I am 35 weeks still working. HE wanted me to originally stop at 32 weeks but everything has gone so good that he cleared me to work still but not overdo it and when I am home I have to take it very easy. I also work like 2 min from home. It has been a lot on my feet but this last week and till the end I am only doing desk work. trying to stay working I have a feeling at home I'd be doing way more than I would at work, gettng ready for these babies!

I worked until I was 36 weeks and I delivered my twins at 37w5d. I stopped working when I did because I was so uncomfortable from the swelling. My doctor pretty much left it up to me when I wanted to stop working. From 32-36 weeks I did drive into work in Manhattan instead of taking the train because walking up and down the stairs in the subway was getting uncomfortable and I never got a seat on the train.

I haven't even made it close to the end!

I was put on modified bed rest at 23 weeks due to a short cervix that keeps getting shorter.

I've been working from home on the couch with the laptop.

My dr was super laid-back and told to me to work as long as I could. She had other twin moms who worked until 38 weeks.

Around 32 weeks, the fluid around baby A started to disappear. They were worried so I decided to work from home for a few weeks. I worked until 2 hours before I was admitted @ 36 weeks. I only took 1/2 day off that day. LOL!

I say keep working if you feel good. I worked up until I gave birth at 37 weeks with my OBs blessing.

I was planning on workng all the way to the end.
At 34 weeks started pre-term contrax. 34.5 weeks needed the shot to stop them, at that point I stopped working and went on modified bedrest. I contniued working from home til I delivered and then throughout my hospital stay... and my entire UNPAID maternity leave...

i worked until 31 weeks commuting from Hicksville to Brooklyn. I delivered at 36 weeks and 3 days

I was pulled from work at 17 weeks. I am a mail carrier so the heat & being pregnant with Twins didnt agree.
I am now 23 weeks but still very bored...it's not as much fun as I thought. LOL

I worked until 37 weeks. I delivered the girls at 37 1/2 weeks. My leave started on a Monday and I went into labor on Wednesday. I teach kindergarten and I have a wonderful aide who helped me a lot but I felt better moving then just sitting in my house all day. My Dr. warned me in the beginning that I would probably have to stop work early but as the pregnancy went on there was no reason to stop early.

I was planning on working until the end but ended up on Bed Rest due to a shortening cervix at 27 weeks, I had the babies at 36 wks, 5 days!
