Anyone works in HR? Really need help re: Benefits
I missed the deadline of signing up for dental benefits and though that some other event in our life will be qualifying but it turn out it isn't. Is there a loop hole for this? Who actually controls the benefits? Does it depend on my HR at all or are they just following a set of very strict rules. I am very confused and upset and feel like I am running around in circles because nobody is willing to help me! It looks like my whole family will be left without dental insurance till next January!
If you work in HR can you please FM for a full story. I would love to hear an opinion of a professional and see if there anything at all that can be done.
