Anyone's boobs not get bigger?
I'm big chested to begin with, and since getting PG they have not grown at all. I'm still in my regular bras. I've only had to buy an extender for the back to give me a little extra room. I'm nervous this means I'm going to have a hard time BFing. Anyone else?

i'm still in regular bras.. i'm a little over 12 weeks.. i don't have big tatas either.. they are lightly sore though..

Mine never grew the entire pregnancy and my OB assured me it wouldn't effect BF or milk at all. He was wrong. I never got a full supply and was starving my baby her first week of life. I didn't even get enough colostrum to feed her at the very beginning and she lost so much weight the first week. I had to supplement and despite nursing then pumping around the clock, I never got enough. It's rare. Happens to like 5% of women I was told. After 6 weeks I stopped cold turkey and switched to formula completely and never got engorged, never leaked. Just talk to your doctor about it if you never see any changes towards the end and line up a LC you like before birth so you will be prepared in case it's a struggle and you'll have the best shot at success. I was devastated and completely unprepared. No one ever told me it could happen. Now at least you know there's a slight possibility of problems. But it's very rare.

Mine never grew that much either. Maybe a half of a cup size at most. Well my milk supply is fine so far!!!! They grew a lot more after I gave birth.

I didn't realize that size during pregnancy and milk supply had a such a huge correlation  my aerolas are getting really dark..  I really, really hope I can BF.. I'd be crushed if I can't..

i dont think mine have gotten bigger. im 31 weeks and still wearing the same size bras. my areolas have gotten larger but thats about it

mine never got bigger when i was pregant with my ds - they were a little more full when my milk came in but not much of a difference from what i usually am - I am a solid C - when i got my milk maybe a small D - i had no problem bfing my ds for a year
i am pregnant with twins now and my boobs are still a C again - i figure it wilchange quickly after i deliver

I could have almost written this myself. Mine NEVER grew at all throughout pregnancy not even at the end. I always wore my regular bras. I was also told this would not be a problem.
For the first couple of weeks when I was attempting to EBF, she was losing weight like crazy. It was so sad. I was supplementing, pumping, nursing...I didnt know what to do. I have only felt engorged/leaked TWICE and my DD is 5 weeks old. I did everything under the sun to increase my supply and nothing worked. I'm still trying to pump so that she at least gets some BM but even with pumping every 2-3 hours, I'm lucky two get 1oz TOTAL in 20 mintes.

I have big boobs to begin with and figured they would get even bigger. I have noticed a slight change, but not much. I'm still in my regular bras! I figured maybe at the end....

Thanks for sharing your BTDT stories. I'm hoping for the best because I really want to BF for the first year. I'll def look in to a LC and stock up on some of the things women have used to help their supply.

Ha! That was me with both of my girls...NO increase. But I successfuly BF both of them and then they went back smaller than ever.   Now, with my son they did get bigger...it was awesome!! I BF him as well and they've returned to their former size. Ah, well at least they're perky.

Mine has only got more full but probably only up a 1/4 of a size so pretty much nothing. I am 27 weeks. For the past 2 weeks I have been "leaking" like crazy which I read is a good sign that BF will be successful but who knows. The leaking is insane, I never know this could happen and it is a lot! Sorry for the TMI!

Leaking is definitely a good sign. I never leaked at all. Not before, and not after DD was born either. Never had any engorgement either. I'm a freak of nature.
Oh, I didn't have any breast changes at all. Maybe barely noticeable darkening, but it was so little. Sounds like everyone here has more changes than I did. Again... just a freak. Sigh. But I had my beautiful, healthy, wonderful baby I didn't know if it would ever happen. I'm trying not to keep beating myself up over not having physically been able to BF. She's 4 months old next week. It's time to put it behind me rather than continue to feel like a failure over it.

Sandra, I have read so many posts like this. I just wanted to say that, your best intentions were there. Believe me, your daughter will be happy and healthy and thriving bc you are an AWESOME mom, BF or no BF.
I was not BFed and look at me But seriously I know the push is for BF, I know it is good for the baby but what is BEST for the baby is to have a smart, loving mommy which your DD does. Don't beat yourself up over something out of your control

In the beginning I thought they would. And they kind of started too.
But now nothing. They haven't really grown. And honestly they stopped hurting VERY early on. The little pain I did feel... was very minimal and went away VERY VERY early on.
