anyones DH have another child already? How to tell that kid
my BF has a child from a previous marriage. she is almost 6.
how and when to break it to her? we already know she is going to be excited... she always says she wishes she was a big sister.
breaking it to HER mom is a different story.
please share your stories/situations/advice.

my son was almost 6, we took him out to friendlys, he sat net to my dh and we told him he was going to be a big brother. He hugged my dh... it was a great moment

Wow sounds like what I got goin on. DH has a child (6) from a previous marriage...his first response was "Step Mom's dont have babies. When DH explained to him that they do, he said it was cool. He was excited and wants a sister.
