Anyone's exhaustion vary in the first tri?

I'm only 5 wks. Last week I was EXHAUSTED by midday. And, I get up a lot earlier in the a.m. when I'm pg (this happened last time too).

The past couple of days I am still up very early (hence the 7:45AM on a Sunday a.m. post) but I'm not dead tired at night. Tired, but not wiped like I was.

This may be normal, but makes me nervous b/c it was one of my symptoms that "went away" last time, before I had the m/c.

Can anyone else reassure me that it's OK not to be exhausted all the time (even if you were a wk ago)?

I went through ups and downs on the sleepy scale. Some days I would be ready to head to the gym, other days I'd fall asleep at my desk. Chat Icon

Every day was complete exhaustion for me. I only got a break for about 4 weeks my whole pg so far. I'm back to exhaustion now that it's getting closer Chat Icon

I was exhausted pretty much everyday from week 6 to week 12...then I got my energy back.

Now I have days sometimes where I am exhausted, but not nearly as bad as those earlier weeks.

Well I'm 8 weeks and had a great day on Friday, almost felt normal! Yesterday I slept on & off all day. I think it varies, I seem to have days I'm better than others. Try not to worry Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
