Anyways to get labor going, so I can avoid being induced?

If by Tuesday baby doesn't show up, I think my Dr will induce....I would like for baby to come naturally.... I don't know why but the whole induction thing scares me like it could be painful, and more drugs than necessary etc

I mean, I'd get an epidural anyways, so I don't know why I'm reacting like this....

I've been eating spicy food (which is normal for me)...I've walked a little, but not a LOT...cause its so uncomfortable


Anything else I can do?

I tried everything. Spicy food. There is an eggplant recipe out there. Walked for miles. Sex. Nothing worked. I was induced 12 days past my due date.

My OB put me on a regimin of Primrose Oil pills to soften and shorten my cervix. Supposedly the pills along with sex help. Other than that, when the baby is ready.... the baby is ready.
