apartment complexes suffolk county?
my Mom is looking to rent an apartment in south shore suffolk. she would love to stay in the sayville area but is open to going a little further west or east. she would prefer a complex. Do you have any suggestions for her to check out?

There is one in bayport. The name escapes me but I have heard its nice.

I know there is an apartment complex in Sayville owned by Home Properties that is supposed to be very nice.

My cousin has lived in this complex for 3 years- she loves her unit but the rent is ridiculous. There is a $100 increase each year, so now she says she pays close to $2000 for a 2 bedroom.

Saddle Rock is very nice but expensive as the PP said. Spruce Pond is nice also.

Tell her to try Garfield ave faifield apt. They pretty much cater to older, no kids, couples only. Close to town too.

I moved out of Fairfield on the Bay in Patchogue after the hurricane and it was my favorite complex. It's right on the water. I just loved the location. It's very quite except in the summer you can hear all the live music from the bars. They have a dock there for boats. Because of the hurricane all the apartments had to be redone so they will all be pretty much brand new!! I just loved living there. I also lived in home properties in Bayport and would not recommend it.
