Appetizer Ideas Needed
Anyone have any great (and preferably easy!) appetizer recipes? Having a Girl's Game Night In with 6-10 people. We're not having a main course, just appetizers and a dessert or two... no seafood, please!
Thanks in advance!!!

Caramelize some vidalia onions with a little of each butter & evoo. Sprinkle in some thyme. Once soft and sweet spoon into those mini phyllo cups and top with goat cheese. Bake for 5-8 min. Simple and yummy!

I made these baked brie cups for NYE and everyone loved them. baked brie cups
I did the apricot and ginger snap ones. FYI, the only box of ginger snaps I could find was a really big box, so I just grabbed a bag of Pepperidge Farm ginger men cookies and grinded them down in my food processor. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Appetizer Ideas Needed
spinach balls - warning this recipe makes A LOT! I would cut it in half.
3 packages of chopped spinach 3 cups of herb bread stuffing 1 large onion 6 eggs – well beaten ¾ cup melt margarine ½ cup Parmesan cheese 1 tlbs pepper (i use white pepper to give it a little bit of a kick) ½ tsp garlic salt ½ tsp thyme
Cook spinach (Plain) – drain spinach well Mix all the ingredients together and make into little bit size balls. Put onto a grease pan and bake @ 325 degree for approximately 20 minutes.
the great thing is you can prepare this in a bowl and put it in the fridge until you are ready to heat them up (they are best served hot)
