appetizer recommendation
Anyone have an appetizer that will wow people? I want to try something new for a dinner that I am going to this weeken. Last year people brought what I felt was same old stuff....stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail, take out sushi, pigs in a blanket....
Anyone have something new?

My MIL makes a baked brie that is always a big hit and seems really difficult but don't think it is...I don't have her recipe, but this one seems similar

There are others on that site also. She usually serves with crackers and fruit....

I like to make chicken pieces (chunks of breast meat) wrapped in bacon and rolled in a blend of brown sugar and chili powder. It's awesome and everyone loves it.
