Re: Appetizers
LOVE spinach dip and it's soo easy to make!!
Also you could just bring veggies and dip (the health nuts will love you ) or shrimp cocktail is always a party favorite.

Re: Appetizers
Brie in baked pastry
1 or 2 rolls Pillsbury crescent rolls 1 round brie cheese honey mustard dressing or raspberry jam or butter 1/4 cup toasted almond slices 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350
Unroll the cresent roll pastry but don't separate it. the brie on top. You don't have to scrape the rind off. Top with about 2 tbsp of honey mustard or raspberry jam, whatever you may prefer. Or you can just dot with a pat or two of butter. Top with the almond slices. Then wrap the pastry dough over the top to seal, starting at the corners. Lightly beat the egg and brush over as an egg wash. Bake 15 mins or until pastry is golden brown on top.
You may want to do it all up to the egg wash, and bring it with you to the party and finish it there so it's all nice and warm for guests.
You can also cut the brie lengthwise, and put the filling in between the two halves, doesn't matter. Either way it's good!
