appraisal tomorrow!
We are having our condo reappraised tomorrow morning. We have been cleaning all night, I am soooooo tired. How spotless does my condo have to be for this? LOL

not at all 
it really takes about 2 seconds! 
I was sooo nervous like you and the guy was in and out before i lit the candles

i know i know! 
I was nervous too...
but it was sooo quick i wanted to DIE
they look around, some draw a little scetch of the layout
take pics and measurements and that is it
It really takes like 10 minutes

OMG! I cleaned for hours and the lady was in and out of my condo in less than 5 minutes. Now I have to wait for a stupid report to see what we appraised for!

GOOD LUCK
You should really look at some of the recently sold condos in your area and see what they closed for...
That should give you a good idea!

I do that all the time. I am just hoping that we get a good report. Our place is totally renovated, so we should. But who knows...
