Are Carrot Cake Cupcakes safe to bring to a daycare b-day celebration?
My DD's birthday is coming up and all the parents bring in cupcakes. I would like to bring in carrot cupcakes (my sister makes the BEST carrot cake) but am not sure if it is "safe."
Thoughts?

I would check with the school.
Sometimes carrot cake is made with walnuts, which could be a problem.
