Are my kids the only ones who can't wear flip flop style shoes?
I love the ease of dressing the kids in the warmer months EXCEPT for the fact my kids feel the necessity to wear socks and sneakers
I swear they get that from their father

I let them wear crocs for the summer. No socks! I also got them some water shoes from Lands End.
But as far as flip flop type shoes, I won't buy them for my kids. I just don't think they are good for the kids, running all over and playing. Too many stubbed toes and trips and falls!

I'm the same. So, I don't even know if they CAN wear those shoes.
They do, however, wear strictly sandals during the summer. Even looking at socks makes me break out in a sweat in this heat!

My 3 year old hates socks! According to her they are never on right and bug her So the only time she doesn't wear sandals) even in the winter(I live in Arizona) is when she goes to the park(she hates the sand touching her feet even more than socks).
