Re: are my temps considered normal?

My temps are similar to yours. In TCOYF she says that could be caused by a thyroid problem, but I had mine tested and it was fine. My temps range from 97.1-97.3 pre-O and 97.5-97.8 post-O. My cycle is usually 28 days and I've been O'ing on CD 16 or 17. It depends how long your cycle is. Soem people don't get EWCM. Have you had it before? Some people just get watery CM and that is their fertile liquid

Re: are my temps considered normal?

i'm pretty sure that i've had EWCM before..but now that i'm charting i'm more conscious of everything and worried that maybe i'm not getting all the types of CM that i should be.
So, you think the temps are okay? I just know that for most people, the normal temp is 98.7, so with all these 97 numbers i was a little worried..
I have not got tested for anything yet..

my temps have always been in either 96 or 97. Today, for the first time, I actually had a temp in 98. I am very surprised!

Re: are my temps considered normal?

From what I've read there is no "normal" temp. Next time you see your Dr have them check your thyroid. Like i said mine was fine. I did fin out I had low progesterone and a somewhat short luteal phase-10 or 11 days. My Dr gave me progesterone supplements to take. Not sure if that is related to temps.

Mine seem to range from 96.8 to 97.3. Last month my highest temp during the surge was 98. But most were around 97.5-97.7. I just started the 2WW and so far I have 2 98's.

I think temps in that range are normal.
