Are panic attacks dangerous for the fetus?

I had a major anxiety attack last night, and a few minor ones today.... am I harming the baby?? Chat Icon

No, I unfortunately have had several during the pregnancy and the doctor says all it does is gives the baby a little extra adrenaline. I feel horrible for it though Chat Icon

I just called the dr to talk to him, and he made me feel better... he said it does nothing to the baby... the baby is completely fine. I asked him if I could run on the treadmill or outside (cause that helps to relive symptoms) and he said that's perfectly fine too! I feel a little better now!!
