Are there any couples out there NOT doing something for Valentine's Day??
Unless my husband has one heck of a surprise for me this year, as far as I know, we're not doing anything this year for V-Day.
Money is tight right now and we're doing everything to save a buck.
Anyone else out there staying in?

We belong to a bowling league and it happens to be tomorrow night, so thats our big valentines day plans lol, if it wasnt for that im sure we would just be home and nothing special going on.

ETA: Jennie, why don't YOU surprise the dh.
his favorite outfit and perfume...a nice meal...nothing major...but treat it like you would a date, AFTER dinner, just the seduction.

Exact same thing we are doing except this year DH said he wanted to cook for me, which was something I have been asking for for months!

We don't have any plans.
Actually I may be babysitting the kid I usually watch during the week, so his mother and father can go out.
We usually don't go anywhere for dinner, we like quiet (or somewhat quiet - with a 2 1/2 year old) night at home

you are not alone. DH and i have nothing planned. i'm working in the morning and he is off all day. i'll get home and we'll probably just watch whatever comes in the mail from netflix. lol

So far the only plans we have is to get our taxes done!! 
Everything else will depend on what we feel like doing, we're not big V-Day people.

Nothing here. DH has to work a double tomorrow.
With a toddler and newborn- it's hard to be romantic anyway. That said, maybe I'll rub one out for him before he leaves for work in the morning.

Nope - another person doing nothing... DH is away in military training... I may help my Mom babysit my nieces and nephew while their parents go out, or I actually might go to the movies by myself! I just hope I don't go into labor on V-day. I just don't think I could handle that!

We aren't. If anything we may get Lobsters from Jordans Lobster Farm but that's it. With a newborn and a toddler, you are limited

I'm cooking dinner. I asked my dh what he wanted for dinner. Believe me, I'd love a night out...but it's just not worth it. I'm not in the mood...I'd rather eat in sweatpants and my robe....

DH is cooking for me and his Mom ruined the surprise.
I knew he was cooking but not what he was making - she brought over some ingredients and I asked her what they were for and she said 'Isn't DH making dinner for you?' So now I know what he's making by the ingredients she brought.
