I ordered my Halloween ones from Winkflash.com @ 39 cents each. They are still having a special.

I always use york photo I feel they are by far the best prints not sure ifthey have any discounts right now though.

If you are using a photo you have taken yourself Costco is the best price to my knowlege. They have a large selection of backrounds and you get your cards in 24 hours. I believe I paid last year, around $17 dollars for 50 cards with envelopes.
