Are there any ovulation kits
besides the gucci CBEFM that have another way of telling if you are ovulating or not? Those "lines must match or the test line must be darker" garbage are frustrating me! I swear I am not angry b.c I am hormonal, I am angry b/c those lines piss me off! I know the preg tests have the "preg" or "not preg" readings now. Do we have any options other than the d*a*m*n lines?

ClearBlue has one that gives you a smiley face when it has detected your surge. This is the one I use. I hate those d a m n lines also. I feel like they never work for me.

Re: Are there any ovulation kits
Yes, go with the clear blue digital if you don't want to purchase the monitor yet. Basically both of these predictors are using the same sticks.
What's different about the clear blue sticks...is that there isn't a 'control' line...like the other opks. There are two lines, measuring two different hormones. One hormone is LH (just like all opks measure) and the other hormone is "estradoil" which is a hormone that a mature follicule releases....and it rises right before the follicule 'ruptures/ovulates"
Another way around everything is to just purchase the clearblue monitor sticks...but once again you have to interpret the lines...

Re: Are there any ovulation kits
the last two months we were TTC I used the clear blue easy digitals.. i was having a REALLY hard time interpreting the 2 lines- the smiley face is MUCH easier.

Ok, so I have looked in CVS, Eckard, Walmart and Walgreens. Any suggestions where to find this CBE smiley face thing?

I've never seen the ones with a smiley face. How much are they and where can I find them?

Re: Are there any ovulation kits
Ok, so I just drove up and down Middle Country Road to every pharmacy! Walgreens in Centereach had it. $39.99 for 7 sticks.
This place has them cheaper: http://store.comosuperstore.com/yhst-98771325488812/633472004506.html
