Are there any places that sell TVs that will . . .
. . . install/deliver a new TV and remove the old TV?
My brother wants/needs a new TV, but his old one is approx 400 lbs (a 30 something inch flat front tude tv).
If not, anyone know how/where to get rid of a borken TV? I assume due to it's weight he can't just put it on the curb for the garbage. BTW he lives in Queens.
TIA!

Sell the old TV on craigslist. Somebody will come get it.

Why can't he put it to the curb?
Has he ever seen other appliances on the curb? Like fridge or washers/dryers? Or is there special pick-up?
Can he call the Dept of Sanitation (?) for that?

Hmmm, guess he'll have to look into that.
