Are there enough pics of the house?
I listed on Craigslist for now and have a few pics to send those that inquire. Do I need bedroom pics? We're in a cape, so it's hard to get a good angle of the MBR

Jessee, you are going to definitely need bedroom pictures, but your house is so pretty. What colors did you use in the livingroom and bathroom?

Thanks! LR and halls on first floor are BM Mannequin Cream. Downstairs bathroom I honestly would redo the color if I was staying (I picked something neutral knowing we planned to sell and I wish it was a bit bolder). Upstairs is BM Quiet Moments - that color looks great with our seaside art in there.

Ok, will def. add at least Ryan's room (I think his little nursery is so cute it could sell the house to a PG woman in a minute  ).
DR is difficult b/c we have no furninture - it's a beautiful room with a chair rail and deep burgundy color - but hard to present it empty. Right now I have a banquet table in there with a tablecloth - but I think before an open house I'll get a nice one and maybe chair covers for the folding chairs to spruce it up

Beautiful house! Love your decor. I would try to get some pics of the bedrooms, I no it's hard in a Cape, but you should try. Maybe stand on a chair or something, maybe you could get a better angle. GL! You did a beautiful job on your home.

what a beautiful home! i would definitely add pics of all rooms (even if unfurnished) and maybe a few more of the front exterior.
