Are You A Worry Wart
Take The Worry Wart Quiz!!
Are You A Worry Wart?
This is what I got.
Your mind is centered on the present, immune to the intangible future.

Ditto
Sometimes I even worry that I don't have anything to worry about.

Re: Are You A Worry Wart
OMG-- I cannot believe there is a test.. NOW I can really send to my mom and see who is worse! Going to take the test now..
ETA-- Ok, I got 1 check which means...
As a worry wart, feeling anxious about the future is "second nature" to you. Worrying is not always bad. To a certain degree, it is healthy to fret about things to come... But worrying has to be put into perspective. Too much is anti-productive...and unnecessary. How to quit this habit? Live in the present moment. Set aside time to meditate. Strengthen your personal faith. Develop a few strategies for peace of mind.

Your mind is centered on the present, immune to the intangible future.
Your soul has managed to acquire a philosophical state of acceptance...a peace that surpasses understanding.
Strive to keep your mind as enlightened as it is now. And fine-tune your ability to help others in their daily woes.
