Are you able to do back to back sessions for the same service through CPSE?
We had a meeting today regarding DS's IEP plan. He will now be getting extra speech sessions. I wanted to do two back to back. is that allowed? Otherwise I will have to go to the office 4 days a week, and two of those days will only be for 1/2 hour. Problem is I have to bring DS #2 with me and it is honestly torture sometimes because it's his nap time.

Have someone come to the house, that's what we do! I wouldn't do back to back bc he will most likely lose interest after the first session

The house is not really an option for us. He also gets OT and need to go to the center because of the sensory gym. He was also in a pragmatic speech group which took place at the center however they just took away the group speech and added 2 individual speech.
At this point I like his therapist and he likes her. I also like the center better as opposed to home because there is less distraction for him. Mondays and Wednesdays he gets speech and then OT. Fridays was group speech which was just removed. I was hoping to do 2 sessions of speech on Fridays in place of the group speech.

Back to back of 2 speech session? No I don't think so. Back to back OT and speech. Yes.
I also don't think it would be beneficial to your DS.
2 sessions in 1 week would give better attention and results than 1 huge session.

He'll now be getting 4 speech session and 2 OT  (The two add'l speech are replacing the 60 min. group speech).

I don't think you will be able to get both speech in 1 day. But maybe you ask and for 3 days with 4 sessions instead of 4 days for 4 sessions.
I feel 4 sessions would be better than 2. Without a doubt!
We had 4 sessions in EI. We got better results that way.
But the issue is going to the place. It is a PITA. And it's only for 30 minutes, so really 20 minutes by the time he gets settled and therapist writes about the session.
