Are you in a dead end job?
For the past 1 year or so I have been feeling this way. I am happy on one hand that I have the job that I do have b/c i get to obtain my Master's Degree for free and DH is able to obtain his degree for free as well.
However, as far as the job its so dead end. I know that I am capable of doing so much more.
Would you stay at a dead end job to better yourself? or would you not go for it because it only makes you miserable?

Re: Are you in a dead end job?
it depends.
if school is starting from zero (as in no post-secondary ed) i don't think i would stay that long.
if i'm already partially into my education, i would... because i would be growing during that time and i wouldn't completely see it as dead-end.
i was in a dead-end job, and i HATED EVERY SECOND OF EVERY HOUR i was there, so i know it's a tough call.

I would definitely stay til you finish your master's. It's not a dead end for you, it's a means to an end. Free tuition is a great benefit!
