Are you taking a prenatal vitamin?
I have them and i never take them. More so bc i forget and im afraid theyre gonna make me have "bathroom issues"
Anyone have any adverse reactions? I want to start taking them.
ETA: i need you to tell me that i need to take it. YELL AT ME PEOPLE!!!

I always take vitamins-- and I have switched to a pre natal per my doc.
Take them at night right before you go to bed.

I just started taking over the counter prenatals. Rainbow light? Anyway, I take them at night after the last thing I eat. So far so good!

I take a generic OTC that I got from Stop and Shop. I take it at night and haven't had any issues with it.

I don't take a prenatal. My doctor advised me to just add folic acid.

I take them every morning. I keep them right on the bathroom counter so when I am getting ready in the morning they are staring me in the face!

We aren't officially trying right now so I am taking baby steps by getting myself to take a regular multivitamin everyday. It's so hard and I am so bad at it but I have taken it 6 out of the last 7 days. I am going to try and make it a routine the best I can and then think about starting prenatals.

you need to take them...
there's no way you have more stomach issues than i my dear....
i have IBS-D and ulcers like crazy... I am taking Target brand and they don't bother me at ALL!!!! I promise!

I bought prenatal vitamins almost 6 months ago but the ones I had were making me nauseous. I knew we weren't gonna try to TTC for a few months so I never took them.
Now I know we are going to start trying soon so I bought new ones (Rainbow Prenatal One) I've been taking them every night before I go to bed.

i take mine with dinner - if you take vitamins on a full stomach it's less likely to bother you .. .
