Re: aren't there day cares in the babylon area?
There is a tutortime in West Islip on sunrise in the bob's shopping center.
There is a tutortime in Deer Park near the Arches.
I know there is one on 109 in West Babylon too, but I dont' know the name. I think it's near belmont ave and 109 intersection.
I don't have a recommendation for any of them, since I do not use or view them.
I send my daughter to Prime Time in Farmingdale near the Airport Plaza.

I found a few. I was also looking in the Babylon area. It depends on if you have an infant or toddler. Only one in Babylon will take an infant. I visited a few places and decided to go with Tutor Time in West Islip. They are a class above the other IMO.
Here is the other one in Babylon that takes infants : http://www.babylonchildcare.com/index.asp

Oh, and if you type daycare west babylon, NY in google maps, all the daycares in the area will show up on the map with names and links to their sites!

My DS is at Tutor Time. We're very happy there.
There's also a Kiddie Academy in Bayshore on Sunrise Hwy.
I didn't check out anyone else's link. Here is a link that shows all the licensed daycares if it hasn't been posted. linkie I've had DS in 2 daycares (one by my old job and now one closer to home). I made my list for both searches from this site.
