Artie Lange's Beer League
We saw it this morning. It was freakin hilarious. We laughed through the whole movie. I highly recommend it.

Artie was on Bubba's show on Friday, and he said they wanted to put in a scene to reference Howard, but he was not sure how Howard would take to it so they cut it out.
The scene was that Artie would walk into the room, and the guys that were there would ask him if he listened to 'the show' that morning, and Artie would say; "No, I can't listen to Howard anymore, that guy they got to replace Jackie is an a$$"

My hubby and I just saw it and thought it was terrible! I can't believe you enjoyed it? I think we laughed twice. We are huge Howard fans too! Anyone else see it...I am curious what you thoght. We were also the only ones in the theater.

I'm a big Artie Lange fan, so I get his humor. Plus I've been listening to Howard for over 20 years. So I'm use to funny, stupid crap.

I saw Artie at the Borgata last month. I'm a huge Howard Stern fan and love Artie. My only problem is that he isn't the best stand-up guy there is out there. He's in the perfect position on Howard's show because he's such a quick wit. I found a few things he said funny at his stand up, but then I bought the DVD of It's the Whiskey Talking and he basically repeated everything he said at his Borgata stand up. And there was a large gap in time between It's the Whiskey Talking and the show I saw.
All that being said, I'm still going to see Beer League.
