Aruba question
We're leaving for Aruba in less than 2 weeks and I'm trying to pack on the lighter side which is hard with a 3 year old and 8 month old. I'm taking formula but was hoping to get regular diapers, swim diapers and jars of baby food there. Has anyone gone to Aruba and bought these things at the supermarket?
One more question - My 8 month old will be sitting on my lap for the plane ride but my 3 year old will have his own seat. We are debating whether or not to take the car seat on the airplane. He is a very active boy and I thought it might be a good way to keep him calm but at the same time he might go crazy sitting in it for 5 hours. What do you think?

Re: Aruba question
The supermarkets sell everything you'll need: -pampers -swimmie diapers -Gerber foods! They had other brands too I think..but I bought Gerber for sure there! -yogurt big containers and kids indiv portions! -cheese -etc...prettty much most stuff you can get down here! Most tourists are from NY so they are prepared for us! =)
we didnt bring either car seat for my 2.5 yr old and 11 mo old.. the only time we were in a car was to and from the airport and they didnt require them!
