Do I still have rights? My boss did something awfully wrong. Now I'm looking for another job n
Bc he makes me sick. I just want to know that I am not crazy for thinking he is wrong...

What kinds of rights are you looking for? Chances are that anything you file will force him to amend you to an employee on the books and could get him into some hot water for paying you off the books. The risk you run is that you might have to pay taxes retroactively on your pay but he will be in more hot water than you will be.
