As I sit here at my desk today, I want to thank God and/or Mother Nature for yesterday

it was a freebie. an extra day with my sweet darling boy that I will cherish and am so grateful for.

I don't expect to get many of them and I want to give thanks to the powers that made it possible.

we spent a good day together...my dh, myself, and our sweet precious baby boy.

I feel the same way. I had to use a vacation day, but it was so worth it to me.

I cuddled with him extra long yesterday. I gave him so many extra hugs and kisses.

Those days are far and few between, and it was great!!

Me too! It was so nice to spend the day with DS. I'm actually working from home today too so I'm enjoying all this extra time.

Although I think he misses daycare and his friends there. More stimulating then being with mommy in-doors all day

ITA! DH works weekends so DS NEVER gets both of us at the same time for a whole day. We were so happy!
