Asking again, Did anyone get their free Week by Week book?
I think its been 6-8 weeks. 
I wonder if it was a scam to get your addresses for junk mail.

I never received it. I was thinking about it yesterday when we were at the bookstore. If it does not come this week, I am going to just go out and purhcase it myself.
