Asking for a friend - apartment rentals
A friend is looking to move out of her house (she's young - still lives at home with mom and her sisters) - she's looking for an apartment in the Freeport, Elmont, Malverne, area.
Does anyone know of anything? She found a listing on CL, but the response she got from the "landlord" was so super shady!

I live in Cedarhurst, in a building near the train station. I think they have a few apartments open if she wants info. If not, the realtor we used for that was a real tiger and got the landlord to allow us to have our dog

realtor this is the realtor, the building is owned by Kinsor Management and they're located on Washington Ave if she wants to ask her specifically for that
