Oriental Trading/Birthday Party Express has a whole line of movie premiere party things !
You could lay out a red carpet ( aka red tablecloths as a carpet) , have paparazzi take pics of the kids ....Have tickets as the invitation....serve popcorn of-course

I just need to figure out which movies will be newly released in January or February (February birthday) that will appeal to both boys and girls that age.
