AT home workout recomendations
Ok I am new to this board. Not sure if this was talked about lately but I think the only way I am going to get time to work out is when DD is napping on my days off. Even thought I usually work then too. I thought I saw an commercial on one but missed it. Any suggestions would be great. TIA

Re: AT home workout recomendations
Right now I'm doing P90x which is completely kicking my butt into HIGH gear but that's really only for advanced people. If you want something moderate to start out with, I def recommend slim in 6. My friend used that and she loved it.

Re: AT home workout recomendations
yea i really loved it. I'm still a fan of TaeBo too- that workout kicked my butt. Of course, if you have cable u can always get the exercise channels on demand or DVR some programs for yourself.
