What/Who is a Godsister?

ha, my DH said the same thing 
I assume she is the daughter of his godmother / godfather - I have never heard the term godisister before

I asked DH the same thing...his response??? They made his sister god parent. But to me that means she is still godMOTHER.

The only time i ever heard something like this was my cousins son say it. His mother is Godmother to my sisters youngest and my sis is his Godmother, therefore in his eyes they are Godbrothers.
I never heard an adult say it.
