At what age did you switch

from crib to toddler bed?

Marissa is a year old and she sleeps better in a bed then in her crib she wakes up a few times lately when she sleeps in her crib but a few nites she has slept in my bed and has s lept the entire nite through without a problem so I was thinking of getting her a toddler bed but I am not sure if she is too young for it

so do you think its too early to put marissa into a bed her crib transforms to a toddler bed then a regular bed as well.

We switched right after he turned 2

Yeah I think I will wait till she starts to climb out of the crib which she is not doing

even though my house is pretty much baby proof and its an apartment so its only one straight floor I will still wait

I guess I will wait till next year until she turns 2 or until she starts climbing out of the crib thanks for your advice and answers

I agree with the waiting, that's what I did. I had a twin bed set up in his room for a while and when he climbed out of the crib we knew it was time. We put a gate in the hallway so he could only get to his playroom, our room and his room which worked well.

My son was 3 1/2 he didn't mind the crib so we figured why mess w/ a good thing.

I agree with waiting. We switched at 2 . Even though he sleeps great in our bed, he doesnt sleep any better in his bed than he did when it was a crib.
