at what age would one start addressing articulation issues?

Sydney will be 2 1/2 next month. She understands everything but when it comes to her speech many words are not said correctly. She is nidney, princess sounds like rinses, book is boop, etc...
when should I become concerned?

You should be most concerned If she is developing frustration or behaviors because she can't communicate effectively or no one understands her and she knows it. What you are saying sounds developmentally appropriate though!
