Attn all Jeep Owners....
My 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee's transmission is completely shot. We need an entirely new trans. There's only about 30k miles on the truck. Luckily we are still covered under the warranty. I am just very disappointed in this! Thank God it happened close to home, too. We were riding around all day looking at houses with my SIL and it happened just as we got home....
Look at what I found:

Hmm...I wonder if I ever got a notice about this? We are usually good about this.

I just got the new jeep cherokee in april and it's been great. I had a liberty before this and had NO problems.

yup....my 2004 grand jerokee trannie has been on the fritz for the last 10,000 miles or so...I'm just waiting for it to go completely one of these days. but, the lease is up soon anyway, so no big deal.

That happened to my Jeep 10 yrs ago. I was at a stoplight and the brakes gave out, then every light on the dashboard lit up and then nada. I put it in park before it rolled to far into the intersection...called my dad and that was that. I cannot believe they have not rectified that issue in 10 yrs.

Wow I had a 2004 Grand Cherokee and thankfully never had a problem with it. That's terrible though, I'm glad you're covered for it and don't have to pay that out of pocket.
