For those with children number 2. Are these safe? And if so which model is the best for the money....

I dont know what model I used to have. The one pictured is nice because you can hook it up to a bike or use it as a jogger. I would definitely get one like that...I still had my girls wear a helmet (when attached to the bike) when they were in it and I didnt put them in it until they were about 2..
